2024 Leaders Community of Practice

Leaning Into Transformational Leadership

Leadership in a changing cultural landscape is challenging. Leaders want teams that are collaborative, diverse, productive, adeptly managed, and proactive. But they often struggle to manage interpersonal conflicts, employee dissatisfaction, high turnover, and lack of retention. All while constantly needing to evolve their identity, their values, how they show up for their teams, and how they make critical decisions.

Often, our socialization traps us into thinking that there’s a right way to show up as a leader. It’s exhausting to feel like we must have all the right answers for very complex issues.

Leadership Can Look Like You

But what if we could reimagine our unique leadership style? What if you could embody the leadership that builds innovation, creation, and a sense of belonging in your organization?

Our Leaders Community of Practice is designed for leaders who are ready to explore leading in partnership with employees.

Together, we’ll reframe what it means to lead, give you the capacity to build meaningful standards for you and your team, and explore how to lead with your values.

With Leverage to Lead guided sessions, 1:1 coaching and feedback, and a diverse, supportive community of leaders from across industries, you’ll have partners in transforming your leadership.

Our meetings, content, and community are for leaders who are ready to know themselves more deeply, commit to a set of values that support growth and decision-making, and lead with intention and integrity. Our goal is to help leaders learn to grapple with the complex problems in front of them.

Together, we can create the future of equitable work grounded in systems and practices that center humanity, all while leading with a sense of integrity.
