Leadership Circle Structure

This six-month program builds a confidential community that offers support, insight, and strategies to help you lead and decide with clarity, in alignment with your objectives. Each month, you will cultivate and implement the systems, practices, and habits that move your leadership forward.

Strategy Session (2 hours): Interactive, facilitated virtual sessions designed to help you think critically about your leadership. You’ll gain concrete tools for values-driven decision-making, conflict resolution, and building human-centered workplaces.

Structured Q&A (2 hours): This is time to leverage the wisdom and experience of the facilitators and circle members to grapple with immediate challenges, gain valuable and diverse perspectives, and integrate what you’re learning into an actionable strategy.

Leadership Workbook: A companion resource with exercises, prompts, and tools to guide your reflection and track progress.

The program launches on November 5th!

Each session runs for two hours from 11am PT to 1pm PT/2pm ET to 4pm ET.

Program Dates:

  • November 5th and 19th
  • December 3rd and 17th
  • January 7th and 21st
  • February 4th and 18th
  • March 4th and 18th
  • April 1st and 15th

Investment

The Investment is $15,000 for the six-month program, or monthly payments of $2,500 per month. If you register for the program and pay in full by October 24, 2025, you will receive a 10% discount on the program.
